For the 2014-2015 school year, all students must be properly immunized, and satisfactory evidence of immunization must be provided to school as outlined by the Missouri Department of Health regulations. All students are required to have an annual physical examination on file, dated on or after February 1, 2014. Please make an appointment for your child’s physical now if you have not already done so, and please have the immunization records and physical exams sent to school by October 15th, 2014. If your doctor’s appointment is scheduled after that date, notify Paula or Susan.
