We are pleased that you are taking the time to learn more about us and how Crossroads offers a different kind of private school experience. One of the things that makes us different is that we view St. Louis as an extension of our campus and are constantly finding ways to engage and support our local community. Students participate in activities at local museums, galleries, universities, and charitable organizations. We believe that this enriches our academic program and benefits both our students and our community.
We also believe that when presented with a challenging curriculum and the support of dedicated and knowledgeable faculty, all students can succeed. Our academic, college preparatory curriculum leads our graduates to some of the best colleges and universities in the country.
Students are encouraged to be who they are here. As one student so wisely put it, “the best place to find out who you are, is to go to the place where you don’t have to be anyone else.” When students are truly able to be themselves, we believe that they take more risks, challenge themselves and each other, and ultimately achieve at a higher level. Our size allows us to create a truly inclusive community in which rich discussions around a variety of topics can be held in a way that values and respects many voices that are represented in our school community.
