We’re excited to share that the Crossroads Varsity Mock Trial team secured a major victory last night in their first round of the competition against Pattonville, winning with a unanimous 3-0 decision! 🎉 Our students presented their case confidently and demonstrated excellent legal skills, earning high praise from the panel of judges, including an actual sitting judge who presided over their courtroom.
While the Varsity team triumphed, our Junior Varsity (JV) team, who were all brand-new to the competition, faced a tough round against Cor Jesu. Despite the loss, several JV members earned impressive individual scores and showed great promise for future competitions.
We are proud of the dedication and preparation put in by both teams and look forward to seeing their continued growth throughout the season. Congratulations to our Varsity team for their fantastic start and to our JV team for stepping up to the challenge with such determination!
