The Crossroads Theater department is mounting its production of RENT for 4 shows April 23-26th. Make sure to get your tickets early as this promises to be a sold out run. · Tuesday, April 21 and Wednesday April 22- Tech Week Rehearsals –
We have two families who have volunteered to provide dinner for 50 each night – they wouldn’t mind splitting duty if anyone is willing.
· Thursday, April 23 Evening – Opening Night
Provide intermission treats – 1 slot
Set up intermission treats, work during intermission, clean up after show – 2 slots
· Friday, April 24 Evening
Provide DINNER for 25 with veggie option – 1 slot
Provide intermission treats – 4 slots
Wrap and sell flowers before show & during intermission -1 slot
Set up intermission treats, work during intermission, clean up after show- 2 slots
· Saturday, April 27 Evening
Provide healthy substantial snacks for 25 – 2 slots
Provide intermission treats- 2 slots
Work Box Office – 6 pm – 1 slot
Set up intermission treats, work during intermission, clean up after show –2 slots
· Sunday, April 26 Matinee
Provide intermission treats – 5 slots
Wrap and sell flowers before show & during intermission -1 slot
Set up intermission treats, work during intermission, clean up after show – 1 slot
· $25 cash donation for the purchase of paper goods, etc – 1 slot.
