Halle Sparks, class of 2013, is involved with the Developing Scholars Program (DSP) and the Ecological Genomics Undergraduate Research and Mentoring Program (URM) at Kansas State University. Through the Developing Scholars Program, she was matched with a biological research lab and mentor and co-authored a scientific review in her first semester. Halle is now working on publishing a paper with members of her lab.
